According to Section 17 Rule Book of SIX Swiss Exchange respectively to Section 16 Rule Book of SIX Structured Products Exchange Ltd , participants of SIX Swiss Exchange and SIX Structured Products Exchange Ltd are obliged to submit an annual audit report from their external auditors to SIX Exchange Regulation, Enforcement & Compliance department. This report must cover compliance with selected provisions laid down by the rules and regulations of SIX Swiss Exchange and/or SIX Structured Products Exchange Ltd.
